What The Secret Club is, in plain terms

The Secret Club is eavolve®’s annual membership for Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants who want more than a training day. The cohort is capped at 25 members, runs for 12 months from January to December, and is built around a single year-long theme that shapes every session and conversation.

What is discussed inside the cohort stays inside it. The theme, the sessions and the conversations are for members. The format, the price and who it is for are not secrets, and they are set out here so you can decide whether to register.

There is nothing else like the Secret Club in the EA and PA profession. Most professional communities are open, large, and passive. This is none of those things.

Each cohort is small, carefully selected, and built around a year-long theme that shapes every conversation, every session, and every connection made within it. The 2026 cohort is exploring the EA and PA role through a cosmic lens: orbit management, gravity, navigation, and what it means to operate at the centre of an organisation’s universe.
