Lily and Emily built eavolve® because they kept seeing the same gap: EAs and PAs operating at a strategic level, carrying enormous responsibility, and receiving almost no professional development that reflected the reality of what they actually did.

eavolve is a UK training and development business for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Chiefs of Staff, founded in Manchester in 2024 by Lily Shippen and Emily Partridge. It runs the EA & PA Strategy Training Day and the Future Ready EA & PA Training Day in London and Manchester, one-to-one coaching, in-house team training days, Chief of Staff programmes and The Secret Club membership. Prices are published on every programme.
The name joins EA, as in Executive Assistant, with evolve. It is always written eavolve, with a lowercase e, and the strapline is Be part of the eavolution. The business is registered as Eavolve Limited and is based at Regency Court, 62-66 Deansgate, Manchester.
eavolve was founded in 2024 by Lily Shippen and Emily Partridge. Emily Partridge is the Managing Director and the creator of every programme. She spent 15 years as a senior Executive Assistant supporting CEO offices in FTSE 100 organisations and went on to lead a global team of 60 EAs as EA Manager. Lily Shippen is the Founder. She started the EA and PA recruitment business Lily Shippen at 22 and has spent more than a decade placing Executive Assistants at board level across the UK, including Chief of Staff briefs for the last five years. Lily delivers the Career Pivot Session; Emily delivers everything else.
Lily Shippen is eavolve’s sister company. eavolve is one of three sister brands: Lily Shippen for recruitment, eavolve for development and The Core Standard for assessment. Lily Shippen finds and places EAs, PAs and Chiefs of Staff; eavolve trains and coaches them; The Core Standard assesses them against a published standard.
