No. The day is open to every EA and PA, from those who have never used AI at work to those who use it daily. All you need is access to at least one AI tool you are allowed to use at work; if you are not sure, tell us when you book.

The 30-day plan is one practical experiment you design on the day and take back to your role: one AI workflow to implement, one lower-value task to reduce, and one result your executive should notice within a month. It comes with a week-by-week structure, everything you built during the day as editable files, and a 30-minute follow-up call with one of the facilitators to review your result and agree the next step.

Every exercise uses the work you actually do: an executive’s inbox, a diary that will not settle, a briefing that has to be right before a board dinner. Generic AI courses teach you what the tools can do; this day teaches you what to do with them in the EA role, and where the judgement that makes you valuable still has to be yours.

The Future Ready Training Day is about the tools and habits that create the time to do that, with AI at the centre. Many EAs do both, in either order.
