Emily Partridge, our Managing Director, built her career in the London market: fifteen years as a senior Executive Assistant in FTSE 100 chief executive offices, then leading a global team of 60 EAs as EA Manager. She knows the London executive office from the inside, and every programme we run here is built on that experience. Our sister company, the recruitment business Lily Shippen, launched in London in 2016. Between them, Emily and Lily have spent more than a decade placing, leading and developing EAs in the capital.
In London we work with EAs, PAs and Chiefs of Staff from every industry and every size of employer. All of our in-person London training days are hosted with Uncommon, in their Holborn or Liverpool Street workspaces, and we run events in collaboration with them.
