The Secret Club is so much more than just your standard ‘club’. It’s a network of trust, a support system and, most importantly, a group of genuinely like-minded people who actually care.

The people in it are what make it so special. Everyone is so willing to share, learn from each other, grow and champion the EA role and each other. There’s such a lovely feeling of being surrounded by people who just get it: the role, the challenges, the highs and the lows!

Being part of The Secret Club genuinely makes me proud to be an EA. It’s more than a club. It’s a place where you feel seen, supported and inspired to be better at what you do. I feel very lucky to be part of such a brilliant group of people.
