The Secret Club has become such a valuable part of my professional and personal development over the past year. What makes it special isn’t just the content, although that’s always thoughtful and inspiring, it’s the people. Being part of a community of EAs and PAs who are open, supportive, generous, and willing to share both their successes and their challenges is incredibly refreshing.

I’ve gained practical ideas, fresh perspectives, and plenty of encouragement, but perhaps most importantly, it’s given me the space to pause and reflect on my own growth and ambitions. I’ve also formed connections with people I genuinely look forward to learning alongside.
