Use your 2026 training budget before it goes
Spend this year’s budget on next year’s development. Book a place, buy a credit or commit a team budget, and the invoice is dated 2026.
If your organisation runs a January to December budget, the training money that has not been spent will be looked at in November and gone by 31 December. Everything on this page can be booked or bought now and invoiced in 2026, with the training itself taking place in 2027.
Buy a training credit
Credits start at £150 plus VAT and can be any amount, are valid for twelve months against any eavolve programme and can be topped up from next year’s budget. Choose an amount below and the VAT invoice dated 2026 follows automatically. For any other amount, email emily@eavolve.co.uk and we invoice it the same day.
What happens after you pay
- Straight away. If you pay by card, Stripe emails your receipt and a VAT invoice dated today follows automatically. If you would rather we invoice your organisation, email us the invoice details and we send it within one working day. Either way, forward the invoice to your finance team and the budget is committed in 2026.
- Within one working day. Emily emails you to confirm what you have booked or bought: the place or the credit amount, whose name it is held in and the date it expires. Keep that email, as it is your record.
- In January, when the 2027 dates are published. You pick your date and tell us which credit to use, if you bought one. If the day costs more than the credit, we invoice the difference then. If it costs less, the balance stays on account for twelve months.
- Before the day. We send a one-page overview for your manager and a short note on how to prepare, so you and your executive both know what to expect.

I would like to put [£amount] of this year’s remaining training budget towards the [programme name] with eavolve, who train Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants only. It costs [£price] plus VAT, they invoice in 2026 so it comes out of this year’s allocation, and I would attend on [date, or a 2027 date once their calendar is published].
Here is what you get from it. The day is built around how I support you: protecting your time, preparing you better for what reaches you, and taking more off your desk. If it gives you back even an hour a week it has paid for itself within the quarter, and you should see the difference in the diary within a month. I will report back to you then on what has changed.
There is nothing for you to do beyond saying yes. eavolve can raise the invoice or take a purchase order the same day, [colleague] will cover my desk, and I will do the usual handover. Their one-page overview for managers is attached.
Could you approve this by [date]? The money needs to be committed by 15 December or it goes back into the central budget.

Yes. Book a place or buy a training credit and we invoice in 2026. You attend on a 2027 date. Book or buy by Tuesday 15 December 2026 to be certain of a 2026 invoice.
A training credit is a pre-paid balance held on account with eavolve, bought in any amount from £150 plus VAT. It is valid for twelve months from purchase and can be used against any eavolve training day, coaching package or membership. Credits can be topped up, so you can combine this year’s remaining budget with next year’s, any shortfall is paid when you book, and the balance can be transferred to a colleague in the same organisation. Credits are not refundable for cash.
Yes. Most places are booked on invoice. Tell us the name and address for the invoice and any purchase order number and we will raise it the same day. Card payment through Stripe is also available.
Yes. An in-house team training day at your premises, or a monthly training retainer across 2027 from £250 an hour plus VAT. Both can be agreed and invoiced before year end. Ask for a corporate quote and we will come back within two working days.
Email us the exact amount and we invoice it as a training credit, so the whole £340 is committed in 2026 and nothing is left behind. The card buttons on this page are fixed amounts, so for an odd figure the invoice route is the one to use. In January, when the 2027 dates are published, put the credit towards the day you want and pay any difference from next year’s budget. For the Future Ready EA & PA Training Day at £675 plus VAT, that difference would be £335 plus VAT.
Yes. Book the place now, we hold your seat and send an invoice dated 2026, and there is nothing more to find next year. You simply attend in March.
Two. Agree an in-house team training day now, invoiced in 2026 and delivered on a 2027 date, or split the sum into a training credit for each person to use against any eavolve programme. Either way the money stays with your team rather than going back to the central budget. Ask for a corporate quote and we come back within two working days.

- VAT: VAT registered. VAT is charged at 20% and shown separately on every invoice, with our VAT number on each one.
- Invoices: dated the day you book or buy and addressed to your organisation, with the attendee named. Give us a purchase order number and it goes on the invoice.
- Paying: by card when you book, or by bank transfer against an invoice on the terms shown on it.
- New supplier forms: completed and returned within one working day. Bank details are confirmed by email from emily@eavolve.co.uk, and by phone if your process requires it.
- Credits: held on account in your organisation’s name, with a statement of balance and expiry available whenever you ask.
