Everyone on the course came in with a mix of nerves and curiosity, but we quickly found common ground. The environment felt so supportive and open, which made it easier to dig deep and learn from one another.
By the end, we all left feeling inspired, energised, and genuinely proud of how much we’d grown. It’s a course that stays with you both in how you think and how you lead. I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to be part of it.
