I have built up a great relationship with Kerry Lavery, who has instilled confidence and given advice on many topics. Her insights have already made a real difference in how I approach my role, and I know they’ll continue to shape my growth moving forward.
The mentorship programme has been a truly worthwhile experience, so I have signed up for the 2026 programme. I would love to be considered as a mentee on this occasion and work towards my aspiration of becoming a mentor in future.
