What level of EA or PA experience do I need?

Our programmes are designed for practising EAs and PAs at all career stages, from those a few years into the role who want to build confidence and strategic presence, through to highly experienced senior assistants who want to operate at an even higher level or transition into a Chief of Staff position. During your Discovery Call, Emily will check that the programme is matched to your experience and goals.

How is EA and PA training different from EA and PA coaching?

Training is structured content delivered in a group or workshop format. You will leave with frameworks, tools, and skills you can apply immediately. Coaching is 1:1 and goes deeper into your specific situation, goals, and challenges. Many people find training gives them the language and confidence, while coaching helps them apply it in the context of their actual role. The two work well together, but either works independently.

I'm not sure which programme is right for me, what should I do?

Book a Discovery Call. It’s free, it’s 30 minutes, and it’s not a sales call. It is a genuine conversation with Emily about where you are and what you’re looking for. If there’s a programme that’s right for you, she’ll tell you which one and why. If there isn’t, she will tell you that too. No obligation and no pressure either way.

Are your training programmes available online or in-person?

It depends on the programme. Our training days, including the CPD Accredited EA & PA Strategy Training Day and the Future Ready EA & PA Training Day, are in-person and run in Manchester and London. Coaching programmes are delivered online and we work with clients nationwide. The Secret Club combines monthly online Anchor Sessions with two in-person events each year, one in the north and one in the south. We will always confirm the format before you book.

Can my employer pay for my EA or PA training?

Yes, many of our community members’ employers do. If you’d like support making the case internally, we have a free resource to help you build your proposal. Many employers are happy to fund EA training UK providers like eavolve® once they understand the business case. The key is framing it in terms of organisational benefit: better-supported leaders, more strategic executive support, and reduced friction at the top of the business.
